Teaching step-by-step mathematical reasoning processes is far more important than simply emphasizing the final result when developing a student’s mathematical deduction skills. Mathemagician is the only affordable automated service that analyzes every step of the users’ math solution, without slowing down the users; rather, Mathemagician speeds them up. By analyzing the individual step-by-step successes and failures, Mathemagician seamlessly assesses the student’s strengths and weaknesses. This allows Mathemagician to provide personalized lessons that de-emphasize their strengths and focus on their areas of improvement. Because Mathemagician truly understands K-12 math, Mathemagician is able to guide the student in real-time, step by step at the student’s pace. Mathemagician is a personal tutor that makes math engaging and affordable. Mathemagician helps students get better grades in math and helps parents see their children going to ideal colleges.

Mathemagician’s A.I. technology is an interactive expert system that solves math problems. However, unlike other existing math engines that also solve math problems, Mathemagician works similar to how human mind thinks, making it suitable for educational purposes to guide students step-by-step. Mathemagician is a data-driven and understanding-driven system equipped with seamless high-bandwidth data collection through our engaging and efficient touch interface. While a lot of educational firms also claim they are data-driven, they collect data through aggressive testing, which puts a burden on the user. We however collect data seamlessly from users’ daily engagement every second.

Our product has three phases. The first phase is easy and fast to build, but only address a niche market. The second phase takes more funding to build, but addresses a universal problem amongst students: math homework is long and hard. In the third phase, we will bring our technology into the classroom.
